Getting to Know 2.0: Molly Em

Hey everyone! Happy Monday! You might remember my Getting to Know series that I started a couple of months ago. I wanted to find a way to meet new people within the blogging community and introduce these people to you! I’m super excited to introduce Molly Em to you as part of the Getting to Know series, part two 🙂 And if you’re interested in participating in the series, please let me know!

// What’s your blog’s name, and why? Molly Em– it’s a play on my name, Molly. I’d debated on naming my blog something more creative, like Emily Schuman’s blog, cupcakes and cashmere, but decided to stick with something simpler for right now.

// Fill in the blank: When I’m not blogging, I am… Dreaming about food- specifically burgers

// List three of your favorite blogs, and tell why they’re your favorites!

cupcakes and cashmere – this blog is one of the calmest places on the internet. Emily does an amazing job of keeping everything loooking refined, while also seeming personable and relatable.

a lonestar state of southern – cutest tone and voice on her blog, her pictures are always bright and colorful and she reminds me of what I enjoy about being from the South!

the londoner – an enviable life and always gorgeous pictures

// What about your blog makes you proud? The fact that it’s something I’ve always been scared to do, but did it anyways!

// Three random facts

1. I can’t go a day without a cup of coffee and talking to my parents

2. I could eat ice cream morning, noon, and night.

3. I keep about 4 calendars around me at any given time because I have such a planning addiction.

// Most popular post: Confidence

// Your favorite post from your blog: A Series of My Favorites: Instagrammers

// Favorite place you’ve traveled: Sorrento in Italy!

// Two of your bucket list items: Getting a dog and going to Australia!

// Whats in your fridge right now? A container of Sabra hummus, Silk cashew milk, iced coffee, and lots of berries!

// A friend who isn’t from your city shows up for a tour and time for only one meal. Where do you take them to eat? Flying Biscuit! Best Southern food in Atlanta for a tourist.

// What’s your dream job? Working in Public Health- probably helping with mental health awareness!

// What are you passionate about? Making other people laugh!

// 5 things that make you happy 1. My mom 2. puppies 3. a good coffee ice cream cone 4. watching american psycho/cruel intentions (makes me feel like my life is actually put-together!) 5. planning!

// Your #1 pet peeve: Overly confident/cocky people!

// Who inspires you? My mom!

Thanks so much for writing for Always, S, Molly!
