On Monday I talked about how that day pulled all its tricks on me and I’ve been struggling with all of the obstacles being thrown at me right now, but today I’m here to talk to you about how to cope with stress and stay motivated. I LOVE quotes and they serve as great reminders and great inspiration, so I’m sharing a couple for you to save to read when you’re feeling down. And I can’t thank everyone who commented on Monday’s post enough for your support and kind words. I was nervous to share something so personal and I didn’t want to just dump out my stress on such a public platform, but I felt so much better after reading your comments and they really helped me a lot! I learned this from Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt on Netflix and if you haven’t watched the series, you’re missing out. Kimmy says that anybody can do anything for 10 seconds, and when the 10 seconds is over, just start counting again.
